WILLISTON, N.D. – The City of Williston’s 40th Arbor Day celebration is scheduled for this Friday, May 14, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. on the northeast corner of Harvest Hills Avenue and 32nd Street West.
The celebration will include a short program featuring City of Williston Mayor, Howard Klug, and Beth Hill of the North Dakota Forest Service presenting a Tree City Award. A special announcement will also be made!
City of Williston Public Works staff will plant two trees: a Honeycrisp apple tree and a Patten pear tree.
The media and public are invited to attend and are encouraged to wear masks and social distance where appropriate.
