  • Ordinance No. 1090 An ordinance amending Section 11: R-1.H, Section 12: R-2.H, Section 13 R-3.H, and Section 16: R-6.H of the City of Williston, minimum front yard requirements to increase the front yard requirements to 25 feet for the construction of garages on new residential development and amending Section 25.B, changing the setback for a garage entered at a right angle from an alley to 25 feet.
