The fee for remodeling projects is based on the value of the job (material and labor).

$25,001.00 - $50,000.00 $252.00 for the first $25,000.00 plus $6.50 for each add'l $1,000.00
$50,001.00 - $100,000.00 $414.50 for the first $50,000.00 plus $4.50 for each add'l $1,000.00

Plan Review Fee
The plan review fee will be charged up to half of the permit fee based on the above fee schedule. This fee is collected at the time of submittal and based off the project value.

Permit Fee - $35.00
Residential dwellings per unit up to a maximum of 4 units - $25.00
Commercial, industrial and institutional - $100.00
Sign, Moving, & Demolition
Permit Fee - $30.00
**Master/Journeyman plumbers, fuel/gas installers, mechanical, and sign hanger contractors MUST be licensed with the City of Williston before they can do any work within city limits.
