City of Williston Building Department Relocating    June 17, 2013 (Public Service Announcements - Building Department) The Building Department will be moving to a new location effective June 24, 2013. They will be located at 517 8th Avenue East, across the street from Public Works. The office will be closed June 20-21 in order for staff to move.

Building Department Plan Review Fee    June 6, 2013 (Public Service Announcements - Building Department) The Building Department will implement a plan review fee of up to half of the permit fee on July 1, 2013. The fee will need to be paid at the time the application is submitted. If you have any questions, please contact the Bldg Dept at (701) 577-8115.

Building Inspection Notification    April 30, 2013 (Public Service Announcements - Building Department) Building inspections require a 24 hour notice. Inspections will be completed on an A.M./P.M. basis. If you want an exact time, you must indicate that with your request and be on site during the inspection.

Construction Debris    May 6, 2011 (Public Service Announcements - Building Department) City of Williston Ordinance No. 543, Section 19-16, does NOT allow construction debris to be placed in garbage receptacles. Please haul your construction debris to the landfill or make arrangements to have it hauled to the landfill. Thank you!
